« This property was fine except for the tv programing. About half the channels didn't work. Most importantly, all local (Billings) channels were not available. I asked the desk what the problem was and they said management was aware had it had been months. Too bad, as there were weather issues during our stay. »

« 1. The wi-fi connection was very hard to engage and then performed poorly. 2. The toilet bowl (and I think the toilet tank also) was loose from the floor and wall. I thought it was going to tip over when I sat on it. 3. The faucet in the sink sprayed water all over. 4. The shower curtain was disconnected at one end from its curtain rod and could not be reconnected because the connectors were broken. The bed was good and I slept well. That and the price were the only selling points for this...

« Of all of the hotels I stayed at on my short 9 day vacation...this one was the best. Well maintained, friendly staff, very clean and well serviced room ( no light bulbs out). They had an excellent breakfast included in the cost of this hotel room. A huge selling point for travellers. They provided free snacks... Chocolate chip cookies plus a cup of buttery twist pretzels ( give me the name brand, I will buy them) and a lemon ice water...plus... After 5:00pm they served a delicious corn chowder...

« Very clean newly remodeled room the motel is work in progress. They’re remodeling the office so we checked in online. Never seen anyone.room came with coffee creamer tea and bottled water. Motel was a good place to stop for the night and sleep. Very quiet area just outside of town. It’s not a vacation motel or a place for kids nothingfor them to do. It’s just a place to stop and spend the night and for that it was excellent. »

« I paid through a 3rd party and had to pay again once we arrived. I showed my receipt in my email and still had to pay, so I paid twice, my travel agency tried to call the property and couldn’t reach anyone. Still unresolved. »

« Great, unique spot. Good location, in walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars. The room was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the large TV, the modern bathroom, and the full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. The check in process was odd since there is no lobby or front desk, I had to check the Expedia app to find a message from the host which contained instructions for accessing the room. « The property was fine. Travelocity over booked the room and the property was not honoring online reservations. Had to find my own replacement room. Luckily it wasn't too far from where we wanted to be. If it was our options were to sleep in the vechile or drive back home. 2 hour drive and miss most of the evening activities we wanted to see. Very disappointed with reservation. Had I been traveling out of state or country I would have been screwed and would have no support. »
